Our story
Started by three analytics leads who were tired of lock-in
In 2016 three of us left analytics leadership roles at the same time, for the same reason. Every consultancy we had hired left behind a platform nobody internally could change, and a renewal conversation twelve months later.
We started Gridline to work the other way round. Everything we build lives in your cloud account and your repository from the first commit. No proprietary layer, no licence that follows you, no dependency designed to renew itself.
Forty-two people now, employee-owned, with delivery teams in the United States and Europe. We still send the engineer who wrote the model to the handover session.
